It came back will high toxic black mold and we could not say anything to the tenants about it. 

Naturally, they use the most expensive ones on the planet - at least in terms of my fees.

Any thing said is random drivel and should be ignored by anyone on planet Earth or it's subsidiaries (Depending on how long things stick around).

If you make over $45K per year then you are within the top 5% of wealthy people on the planet.  

We are on this planet for a short time, and I'm willing to take those risk.  

I'd rather pay the extra few bucks an hour to have a person physically in the office that I can train in person.I just don't want my people to sound like every other call center on the planet, people already hate getting cold calls, especially when its someone speaking broken English on the other end that really doesn't care about them.I would like some good people in the office that can call the people and have a genuine conversation about their situation, and determine how we can help them. 

First and foremost,  if there was one book on this planet that I would HIGHLY recommend, it would be The Banker's Code.

I find it somewhat interesting that you lump the ~95% of the planet that's not the USA together as "overseas".

You might do this over three years thinking rates will shoot off the planet, what if they don't (3 years probably won't that much in reality) so your index moves 1/4 point, you have the issue I mentioned above that is now a note requirement, a PITA!
