We've experienced this with my parents timeshares (bad ideas) and we don't always want to go to the same place over and over again.Instead, another angle I've looked at is house-swapping (there are a couple sites that help connect people). 

This is part of why REITS do a 7 year cycle, if your'e generating big losses  up front like from cost seg you'll want to swap those properties out and start over every so often.

First, you can simply hold the property or you can do a 1031 exchange in which you either “swap” this property for a new property or you sell this property and purchase a new one within the same tax year.

ALL of them were present when they signed the lease..... the unit is "as is"....They are welcome to swap out the blinds at their cost..... and change the light bulb....really?

This is not when people want to swap contact info.

also, the details are important here because it's my understanding that they don't only check for mortgages, but also yuor schedule E. so you'll have to swap everything on taxes from schedule E to schedule C AND refinance all the fannie loans into traditional lender debt.  

I prefer wired, which is just swapping the low voltage doorbell wires from the existing doorbell to the Ring doorbell.No issues.

Front load HE machines also use less water than the new "agitatorless" top load HE washing machines and far, far less than a classic top load washer.We did recently swap-out a front load for a top load in one unit, but only because the tenants had a baby and {the older, non-HE} top loads are easier for washing nappies.

Also trying to decide whether to swap dollar for dollar and have no debt. and income or leverage and have debt. but have larger assets. 

For example someone "how to sell my house in Los Angeles" may get 100 searches/month, but "home buyers in Los Angeles" may only get 10 searches/month, whereas it could be swapped in a different area/region.
