This is part of why REITS do a 7 year cycle, if your'e generating big losses  up front like from cost seg you'll want to swap those properties out and start over every so often.

also, the details are important here because it's my understanding that they don't only check for mortgages, but also yuor schedule E. so you'll have to swap everything on taxes from schedule E to schedule C AND refinance all the fannie loans into traditional lender debt.

Front load HE machines also use less water than the new "agitatorless" top load HE washing machines and far, far less than a classic top load washer.We did recently swap-out a front load for a top load in one unit, but only because the tenants had a baby and {the older, non-HE} top loads are easier for washing nappies.
