I didn’t realize this until just yesterday but I’m realizing I’m almost to the point we’re the rentals pay for all my wife’s and myself a student loans, mortgage payment and with adding one more rental we will have our car payments officially covered.

I’m a full time college student.

I've just moved to the Boston area as I continue to work my profession in the US Air Force.

You say college/military bases, great starting criteria, but you should probably get into more of # college students or advantage of the military base.

Due to the age of the home and the fact that the seller has professed ignorance,  I have ask my buyers agent to include a lead based paint test in the PnS agreement. 

As a result, a lot of people in the medical profession live in Pearland.

The husband has very good credit of 706, no late payments and is the primary breadwinner; his wife is a SAHM, has poor credit of 594, mostly due to late payments (some 120 days late) of student loans, some as recently as April 2018.

I'm a recent college graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (This past May) who has been lucky enough to both graduate with no student debt and secure a job in the Charlotte area. 

The reason being there are a ton of students that start school around that time in the local universities and that has carried forward to a lot of the other Boston neighborhoods.If you have colleges around you, id check to see what their cycles are.
