My freshman year of college, I was sitting in an entrepreneurship class when the speaker mentioned that he and his wife had bought 10 homes in the last 10 years and always lived in the basement while renting out the top.

I understand he has to do this to sell the merchandise, maintain the advertising dollars, and build the fan base, etc. so I won't hold it against him, it's his selected line of business.In my opinion the one size fits all talk on a major platform de-values the speaker and their audience.

We also have questionairs and ask our members what they want to learn about and how the speaker was etc. and we are having a problem with that.
