Growing our Reia Group

I need help to grow our REIA. I send out text every month to remind people of the meetings. We usually have good speakers

We post on facebook and I really dont know what else to do. We also have questionairs and ask our members what they want to learn about and how the speaker was etc. and we are having a problem with that. We are in a smaller town but we have decided we are not going to use that as an excuse.
