My thought process was that posting on the MLS would allow for me to attract clients that are a bit more serious about buying.

I'm looking to the group for creative ideas that I can use to attract preferred equity to recapitalize an existing portfolio.

Well in that move was a great quote "If you build it they will come" so I say that to say this.... if you get the right property under contract that has great margin for profit than you'll attractive buyers!

This helps me gauge which units are desirable and priced attractively.

Neither of those deals is particularly attractive.

It makes quite an overwhelming statement and it's definitely not the most attractive part of the stairs.

The Albany-Troy area has far lower price points than NYC metro, and there are some attractive characteristics to those markets.
