I agree the cleaning and maintenance is more challenging to me than the administrative but there is a sizeable segment that are opposite.Also @Nathan GesnerAirbnb smart pricing and being on 2 platforms only is not comparable IMO to over 20 channels now and having a Wyndham trained revenue manager with 12 years experience. 

Plus we get a lot of people moving here from out of market and when coming from Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles, it looks like everything is on sale here comparatively speaking.

Hello Saulo, I have two STRs and the main things my cleaners do - Reliability - they live close to where I operate so that's always a plus Availability - I do constantly update the calendar so they know well in advance of turnoversPictures - they always send pictures after they're done in the event we have a discrepancy with a guest (it will happen)Additionals - if I ran out of something, they will get it an add it to the invoice. 

Cashflow is difficult in a lot of asset types and markets, but going just for cashflow may not make sense either due to comparable vehicles where you can earn similar returns for much less work.

I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations for a reliable property manager in the area.
