That’s not what we signed up for.None of the materials we received had a specific company name to be in charge of this.

Rather I'd prefer to hold property and gain from it on a monthly basis.I know it's more complicated from that, which is why I want to learn.So basically, I'd like to know if you have any specific material for off-country investment, vacation property that may only work half the year (In Crete, I understand the island is not active during the winter), management, and biographies/success stories/mistake stories of such cases.I type as I think, so I might be all over the place, apologies for that.Thank you very much!

I would suspect that the cost of construction materials and labor are going to be going up rapidly in your market place.

Depends on the type of GC you're looking for.The guys picking up material early in the morning at HD/Lowes/Menards are unlikely to run a very tight ship or handle large scale jobs.

Seems like I have heard that you can make a rough estimate at labor, based on material cost (2-3 times materials = cost of labor). 

Are there preferred building materials that are in use by builders currently?

Materials were very difficult to get, and there weren't nearly as many impacted homes as in houston.
