I would feel guilty talking anyone out of going to college, however, I see where you are coming from.I went overboard with 2 degrees (marketing and hotel/restaurant management) and an MBA. -- If I knew that I was going into real estate, I would have stopped with my marketing degree and dove into real estate (networking like crazy right after college).

😭guilty as charged but last time I was there .. changes in the outlying areas was good and evident there are still place to avoid in Detroit no question.. just like all big rust belt cities.

You shouldn't have to feel guilty about about the homeless situation.

Onus on innocent parties – We expect landlords to follow the laws which they do (try running into a tenant atty in court), however, now landlords need to plead on behalf of deadbeat tenants who can basically do nothing.What happens if the tenants continue to non-pay after the OR payout?

Not following theses emergency laws is in violation of California Government Code 8665:Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or who refuses or willfully neglects to obey any lawful order or regulation promulgated or issued as provided in this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.So by you choosing to live in the state of California and being the law abiding citizen that you areI would think you would agree that not complying with personal restriction at this time is both irresponsible and illegaland that not complying will be outside the confines of the law.  

If Clayton Morris were to be criminally prosecuted by the US government and found guilty / sentenced to jail time, yes it'd be a lot harder to enforce.
