However, aside from unprecedented and catastrophic inflation, or some other global economic/financial calamity, I don't really see a realistic path for demand to fall precipitously in 2022.I am with you in that I don't see a decline, but I think I am a little more bullish than you and here is why.I think the Austin MSA Real Estate Market still has long legs left. 2022 may not exceed 2021 in terms of 30% appreciation, but I see absolutely no threat of decline in price movement.
