I'm inclined to convert it as is, make them separate residences legally, and then tackle converting them one at a time, keeping at least 2 units tenant-occupied throughout the process.

It will depend on how handy you are and/or what your contractors are willing tackle when it comes to fixing up mobile homes.

I can tackle it one house at a time, and ultimately achieve my goal faster.

Luckily I am doing this with 4 other friends and with four heads I'm sure we can tackle our first BRRRR.

I would tend to agree with everyone, an inspection is always a good idea to get a baseline idea of any potential issues so that you can determine if it is a project you are ready to tackle.

If this is your first off market deal I'd tackle this on your own.

Even though the FED seems like they are "serious" about tackling inflation I think they will break something and reverse course by dropping rates. 

Were leaning towards doing the inside basics of the house to get it bnb ready and tackling the bigger add ones later on due to the supply and costs.
