I read a book (Invisible Deal) and it recommended only Working on manufactured/mobile homes that were 1985 or newer. Have any of you ever rehabbed and older model?

@David Scott Personally, I don't think I've rehabbed a mobile home older than 1985. Though, I've known others who've done it. It will depend on how handy you are and/or what your contractors are willing tackle when it comes to fixing up mobile homes. The more work a home needs, the longer it will take which is something to keep in mind. Hope that helps!
