F = At least 2 of these criteria are met: within 2 blocks of a homeless shelter, multiple houses within 2 blocks that are burned out/boarded up, recent murders or shootings have taken place there; while you were asleep, someone drove by your rental and shot at/through it,a police officer was shot within 2 blocks

Could it be used as a homeless warming shelter?

Unfortunately they got to foreclosure by treating the issue as out of sight out of mind, so several days before the auction it hits them that they are about to be forced out and be homeless.

However,  this property is right across a park and a church where there are many homeless.

My question as I live in idaho-  Should i just go homeless and continue looking for work and a new place or just put the utillity bill in my name until i have the money saved up to relocate- or - put my name on the utility account for the unit and wait for the bank to possibly foreclose on the unit and request they buy me out... 

Both were out the money they put down for the month and were homeless until the next, as they had both moved up to the area from their rentals in the bay area.

The 100k will help me do things faster without worrying about destitution and homelessness, but won't do me much good until I actually learn to do stuff, so its main function is getting me into my own place and sitting around for potential expenses, while I learn to actually bring in amounts of money that would make that 100k trivial.

Turns out I used to volunteer with the person I spoke to (we were involved in a Homeless Coalition in our area).  

In South Florida they are arresting anyone for feeding homeless people.

Drag a homeless guy down to the title company with you and sell it to him for $1 and give him the $100.
