Pre-foreclosure in Texas
Does anyone have experience with pre-foreclosure in texas? Ive been trying to work it here, but the time frame that I have just doesn't seem to be enough. I getting a good response from home owners but by the time they call(usually a week before the auction) There is not enough time to get the info from the lenders, submit a short sale etc.. Any help would be appreciated.
