IF you can match the tile perfectly and IF there are only a couple out of whack you may be able to remove them, grind down the thinset, and put new tiles in their place at the same level as the surrounding ones.

Problem with that is, if process of service becomes common (in my case it's the college kids violating the noise ordinance or garbage ordinance or some such) then the attorney may start charging you for the added hassle of alerting you.If you are your own registered agent, then everyone who wants to can find YOUR ADDRESS.

IMO- the 2 biggest issues a HOA faces areParking & Pets.Many HOA rules I have seen limit the number of vehicles allowed.Pets- #, leash, waste disposal, noise, type (have seen some that limit to 1 dog not more than X pounds).Tons of other ones depending on what type of HOA you are but I think those are usually the big 2.Oh, and a Collection Policy for dues that clearly state what happens (letter sent to owner, fine...) if an Owner is late or is not paying.Matt

Buyers learn that later) People would decide for themselves what colors to paint their houses, what kinds of roofs are best for them, and even park cars in the driveway.As for your concerns, there is probably a city or county code that addresses each one, including neighborhood nuisances, weeds, noise, pets, and junk yards...The owners already pay taxes to the city/county pay for the enforcement of them, so why are they paying the m anagement company to enforce them?

However, in the past 4 weeks this woman has called the police at least 8 times complaining on everything from loud noise at 4AM in the morning to someone pulling fowers ot of her flower bed. people in my house are pulling flowers out of her flower bed.
