Maybe rephrase your questions or a new thread and copy in @Chris Seveney he is very experienced lender with capacity you dont want to waste time with a bunch of fake lenders. and you brokers or HML are not going to touch this loan thats a fact.

You could offer to split it 50/50 or have them pay, but I'd make sure it is professionally done and the vent is put in a good location.
