These two are the most worthless pieces of crap on earth that will eat their own children.I am a US Navy veteran and had to earn the money I invested.Nobody there has ever served or even earned the money honestly by working for it and has no appreciation for those of us who have.

Not only that, but how on earth would the air conditioner situation work as I don't see how tenants and the landlord could operate a single AC handler since of course everyone prefers a different temperature.I see a lot of people house hacking... but I'm trouble understanding how I could make it work due to the above 3 issues?

In the back the earth is pitched toward the house  so we will have to get a machine in there and change the pitch away from the back  away from the house.  

Even if the ground shifts under your home and is declared uninhabitable by the city a homeowner will need to pay the tenant because this bill does not allow for Acts of God and we all know that God always checks with us here on Earth before doing anything-NOT!

Obviously, no one on this Earth would do all that work for anywhere near that price.

Their owner who rolled the Earth scraper and got crushed by it, is out of the hospital.

Everyone gets screwed over by someone, some time in their life, no one walks the face of the earth getting their way all the time, using your past failures to justify shafting the next guy is not ethical dealing.

Chris is very down to earth, is not a con-artist like many gurus out there asking for thousands of dollars.
