A tenant does not have a right to an accommodation unless: 1) the tenant has a recognized disability, 2) there is a disability-related need for the requested animal, 3) accommodating the animal is necessary to afford the disabled tenant an equal opportunity to use and enjoy the dwelling, 4) accommodating the animal would not impose undue financial or administrative burdens on the landlord, and 5) the specific animal requested by the tenant does not pose a direct threat of harm or property damage.

If the seller continues to have access, what is stopping the seller from updating the login information so the buyer is unable to log into the account, other than the threat of payments not being made, their credit being impacted, and the lender starting the foreclosure process?

This person also has more of a criminal history than they let on, being convicted in the 2000's decade and having arrests and charges even up to 2018, some of them for things like DV, making threats, drug/weapon possession, and driving without a valid license, although on the more recent ones they may have been found not guilty.

Also, because it takes a while to get a hold of them, I need to lose work vacuuming the water out of the unit, and the office is hard to work from for few days after due to big and loud fans on all the time. can I charge the HOA for these loses, or at least threat them I will withhold payments until it is completely fixed forever and not just a quick bandage fix.
