I have two summer interns working in my insurance agency and it takes a lot of time, energy and focus away from my core business.

However, I want property owners to add a "compliance" clause to their lease, requiring a signature, which simply states that the tenant agrees to abide by all state and local laws concerning the production and distribution of marijuana.If you become aware of a violation, you're compelled to correct it.  

Does anybody know if this Core Capacities Index test is a real indicator of top RE agents or is it just a broker gimmick to lure you into trying to sell Real Estate for them?

To date, have been unable to assemble the skills to cost-effectively perform such retrofits in remote markets and have yet to find a turn-key operator who puts efficiency at the core of their product.

I don't feel compelled to share this with new tenants, but would answer truthfully if asked.

(and they may also get the impression you will fix problems right away, etc) ...Some people may well find that compelling (I think I would, too).
