I forgot to mention, the house is currently white, the new primer is white, and it would probably not be too hard to get a can of white spray paint that halfway blends in with the old white paint.

Before he seals it I would call him ASAP and get it blended better,, Yes stain will accept darker in areas but this clearly looks like it was lefton longer in areas or applied heavier in areas.. not blended in as well as it shouldDON'T delay.. you don't want it sealed and then you'll really have delays.
