Just about everyone agrees that density in town is good, but there are a lot of people that are really anti-tall-building, so tiny is really the only way to get density without height.This shipping container commercial "village" is slated to be created near my house.

Sometimes NN can be okay in  warm belt state if only limited to 1 or 2 items and the state has pretty minor weather patterns and fluctuations.Additionally many investors look at some of these states as anti-business friendly so do not want to invest there versus pro-business states.

Now they "mistakenly" took out money twice since the beginning of the year, and refunded back in one case without me calling and another case I had to call, but the concept of them having access to my bank account for withdrawals is just anti-business.How do you guys deal with this?

You may not know it - but I am one of the most anti-debt investors on here, so I totally get what you're saying and why.The absolute dollar savings of $50k over 20 years or however long has to be put in context with the opportunity cost of those monies had they been invested in something else that earned more than your mortgage rate minus tax benefits.I may have missed it, but what is the interest rate of the mortgage you are paying on in this example?
