Hey guys - Thanks again to everyone who was able to join us for our 10 year anniversary celebration tonight in Denver.  

When my 2 boys and I go to one of our apt buildings to mow lawns, they see the nice cars in the parking lot with tenants playing on their i-phones while drinking fancy coffee.

And being a techy nerd, I also love their awesome iPhone app. 

Hope that's clear as mud :-)Another thing, I love Rich Dad Poor Dad book, don't get me wrong but it was written long long time when there is no Internet, Iphone or apps.

Please don't go out of your way to come in for this even though we really appreciate the interest.This isn't a convention or anything big like that -- just an anniversary party for local members and friends.That said, I LOVE the enthusiasm.
