I've had multiple occasions where the other party just gave up.

That way they can't say they forgot their PIN (they still do say it on occasion).

On this occasion, I would probably actually recommend having your RE attorney do it.  

I'm still not quite sure what happened, but it seemed like my contact information accidentally got attached to the wrong property on two different occasions. 

I also understand that I tend to be a perfectionist and micromanage on occasion and when one wheel gets out of balance, I panic.

We come across some on occasion in that price point, but I would be extremely cautious in buying a $60k property in most parts of the country.
