@Mar Now Rather than making a decision on some meaningless, arbitrary 2% rule which says nothing about profitabilty, you need to do a full ROI analysis that includes cash flow, appreciation and depreciation write off.

Clearly there is a NEED for daycare, but IMO this is another overreach by Sacramento to resolve their failings at solving community problems, just like the new change in 2017 forbids reporting evictions in public records.Glad I'm retired as of Mar 2016

Either way won't be pretty mainly now that the Black Sands Lodge (camp) , Super 8 and the Nova Hotel are burnt to the ground.
