I take deep issue with the two stories that are usually used to discuss the philosophy you're talking about: Alexander the Great burned his boats after sailing up the Hellespont into Persia and Hernán Cortéz burned his ships after landing in Mexico.

They aren't making any more land in SD (unless Trump somehow decides to annex Mexico).

You might also try looking in Southern New Mexico where tax rates are much lower.

On that note I'm located in south eastern New Mexico but the properties are in my hometown where my parents live in central/east Texas near Waco, if anyone has any leads for financing in the area please share them with me.

Many of you reading this were probably unaware that the Fed actually bailed out whole Countries with your precious tax dollars, including Mexico, Scotland, and many, many more.

I also travel to Mexico often and flights are abundant from Phoenix.5.

(My best guess is these are all Mexicans working at local farms and the local slaughterhouse and when family comes up from Mexico they advise renting in this smaller complex which would be great for us).
