You can get into flipping, BRRRR or buy and hold with other investors to get your feet wet until you can start househacking

If by real estate business you’re implying you have little or no money to invest but are contemplating using one of the guru inspired methods (subject to, “wholesaling” , fix n flip) to create cash flow, I’d encourage you to do research on the true success/failure rate of people who engage in these endeavors, the amount of money the successful operators spend monthly on marketing, and the real time commitment and knowledge and experience necessary for success.

Hi Jason, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for sharing your strategy on fix and flips.

Being able to introspect about yourself and use other people's advice from their life experiences is super tricky.I heard Brandon Turner repeatedly say not to build multiple bridges at once, and that is EXACTLY what I did (tried to wholesale, broker, contractor, flip, etc.) and had to learn for myself. 

I am flipping however... 

So the past couple years I have been flipping homes in the Myrtle Beach SC market.
