Maybe the termite company is just suggesting the new buyer keep an eye on it by treating once annually to prevent any future terminates.

Based on your limited info my answer would be sell it, but it sounds like the trust or will is preventing you from doing that.

I'd ideally like to get a jumbo for some of the houses I'm looking at, but not sure if that would prevent me from renting them out. 

@George Azita The sale would not have been canceled unless the Trustee accepted payment in full, agreed that the sale would not move forward (verified settlement imminent with payoff in full forthcoming), or was prevented by operation of law (BK filed, etc.) 

Should he have taken your full blood profile, noticed an increase in some pre-diabetes parameter and brought up his concern about your weight?

Right before Christmas week, I was given news that we finally had the engineer report and that the permit would finally be applied for, but something or other error or complication - I'm not even really sure - prevented us from using the report and that we would have to find another way, and of course I wasn't going to get any updates through Christmas and New Year.

I’ve also heard that if a tenant claims having a covid related issue that it could prevent/delay an eviction further. 

This prevents every cousin, grandchild, etc. from coming in at all hours and opening the landlord up to higher liability. 

Currently, I'm working with a plumber to upgrade old appliances, valves, and water heaters as preventative maintenance to avoid flooding issues in the future.
