Keep in mind when i buy them i an 100% strictly going with a property manager, i dont want to manage anything, as i am extremely busy enough, with a fulltimejob, gf, and bodybuilding(naturally) 5 times a week, so i dont have time to collect rent, do repairs, etc.

@Ian Barnes my understanding is the closing company is responsible for reporting this income to the IRS and therefore they would get the W9.
