This could be a maybe for me, but I would check with your insurance company to see if you might be held liable for a visitor getting injured in the pool. 

To me, the more important mark is getting 1000+ users on each day (I am not talking about visitors, but active members using the site each day).

If you are going out of state you need a team of experts you can trust and rely on so you do not have to visit or babysit them or the projects. 

Really  the rent is between the 6 of them.And that visitor clause usually means 14 days in any month, not come for 14 days leave for 1 and come back.  

Don't base your decision on whether you personally like the city, think it would be a good place to visit or because you know someone who lives there.
