I feel your pain trust me as there is a lot of unnecessary bureaucratic red tape in the city so much so that I no longer feel like dealing with Fulton/Dekalb counties because of the harassment mentality and poor management of resources.  

They charge too much, do too little, and approve exorbitant and unnecessary repairs.  

You make the most money by not spending a bunch of unnecessary money on apps you really don't  need for one property. 

You have been warned :)  They are a PITA, dangerous for people who may be too stupid to use them, and wholly unnecessary (and if you have a septic system, added work for your system).7.

Not only does it seem unnecessary to me, but I feel that having BP become a paid lead source has diminished the organic, trust-building nature of the platform, which is the lifeblood of any honest forum.

Providing internet may not only have the police knocking on your door to see who is hacking into the pentagon computer or downloading child porn, but it WILL also get you a bunch of unnecessary maintenance calls and maybe even that legendary 3 am emergency call from an obviously stoned college student.

Or just keep as is and don't make many unnecessary moves?

He is not only an engineer, but he is also a GC which makes me worried that he's trying to drive up the price with unnecessary work.

.,  Regarding parking on JT-RL5 zoning, from what I've understood, there must be a clearly designated area on the property reserved strictly for parking and room for enough cars to meet the occupancy requirements outlined in the SB County STR Ordinance but a formal garage or carport is unnecessary.
