I love this question, as I feel everyone has their own “unique” circumstance to why they can’t start investing yet.

It is probably someone frustrated at their own struggles, so they chose to take aim at a newbie for sport.

I have a Master's degree in Sports Management so there is a little MBA action in there, but school and real life are absolutely NOT the same thing.

Being able to borrow money at 3-4% for a business is very powerful and unique. 

Account Closed Seems like a bit much for a 95 unit, unless there was a great deal of uniqueness to each unit, or massive amounts of landscaping and other 15-year property.
