Nothing says you can't look outside Western MA, but if that's the area you're most familiar with it should offer you an advantage as opposed to trying to start up fresh in an area you've never been to.That said, if you're intent on going outside of your area then I would suggest aiming for a place you have at least some familiarity with.

Problem solved.My turnover costs were general very low and about the same each time ... clean the carpets and paint at least one wall to give the place a fresh smell.I stopped doing lease only back in the 1990s because of the tremendous success of the lease-option concept.I found there to far more advantages to the lease-option than disadvantages.

If they have fresh paint and open/close the way they should, you just bought yourself another 5 years for a fraction of the cost.
