If they have all these people who need temp housing, why not call a realtor?

(Or sometimes you will, because the company has to hire a temp, at more expensive rates, to fill in for the employee that left for a better deal.)

It's a 13000 sq ft piece of land in Portland with sewer, temp electricity, and fully fenced.

Another instance, a temp laborer told DOPL he was working for my company, not the licensed roofer (we got that sorted out).

They do have a thermal snap switch to turns the fan on at 90 or 95 degrees, and shuts off when the temp gets below that, but here in Texas your attic is about 120 - 130 F for 3 or 4 months straight, so the fans never shut off.

He was able to replace some income with temp jobs and last weekend he told me he has found a FT permanent job. 

thanks Hi Ezekiel,[1]  Maybe try not looking for someone with "Capital" but look for someone with "Cash to Invest along with you"[2]  The "Gain Experience" Not Much Money of my Own" pairing might be a red flag to a lot of more experienced investors.So try to have some Cash Money of your own, (skin in the game money), work a 2nd job, get a part time temp job, drive Uber Eats, drive Uber, etc... until you get $35,000 or so investment cash.That might make people have more confidence in you when you find them.
