You will probably buy several of the same type of investment homes within a market segment but in different geological markets and that is fine because that may reduce some, albeit small, market risk.

Have you found a way to effectively filter/segment the leads so you just get leads in your area?

(No need to get into the more nefarious reasons for a having a poor segment of the population)

They are lowering rents, and in doing so they are destroying the C segment.  

A small blip in hiring could spell default for many and will have a domino effect into other segments of the financial market... when I say "favorite" I don't mean I'm a fan...not hoping it will happen, just think it may be correct...

Only way to make sense of it is to segment it.
