Why do you say it is saturated and hard to get in to? 

It takes time to get good, it's a saturated market, and there is a lot of rejection.

We are having trouble figuring out light saturation with over head lighting, causing the image to become blurry.

Good day all,I wanted to put out some feelers to investors in the DFW area, primarily those who are building and flipping, but even those doing rentals if there is interest.The DFW area has become a bit saturated with realestate investors in the last couple of years.

I was thinking of looking into Vegas, but think the market there is saturated and starting to decline too.  

Be on the look out for the quality of neighbors or the over-saturation of quality rentals for that matter.

Tough in a saturated market like Boston. 

Starbucks recently closed 400 stores,  they have saturated every natural market so they are reaching out more and more.  

Then again, that must just be the nature of this business because any list that is bought and not custom built (such as d4d for example) must be equally saturated.

The costs are low to enter, but you have to continue paying to maintain the license and it's not easy to make a living, particularly when we are saturated with new agents and the market is more likely to slow.
