Brand new to real estate

Hi I am excited to start my journey at 20years old into not just real estate investing but also financial literacy. I’ve come to BP to learn real estate but most importantly understand the amount of work it requires to start and maintain property properly.I’m also in the process of getting my real estate license. Yes, I know it’s not needed to get started but I’m getting it to have an easier understanding you can say. Im currently starting just like everyone else started Reading books , podcasts , forums etc. eventually I want to start taking action of course. I will be attending my first BP event this year in Orlando. Hope to network n most importantly have fun. My question to you fellow investors would be /

What advice would you give a 20yr old that’s obtaining a lot of information but doesn’t know where to begin?
