I would try goof-off if its really stubborn, if it is stained wood I would look at some wood cleaners/ and possibly sand and refinish portion to match depending on area and quality of unit.Also give TSP a try.

@David DuCille IMO original hardwoods, refinished well, always outsell new flooring.

New light fixtures, paint in one unit (vacant unit was painted before listing), refinished hardwood floors.

The current cabinets could be refinished and the tile grout could be scrubbed and redone.
