Good afternoon Revathi,I see it has been a year now and would like to know if you took the plunge or backed away in Reno?

It is the fear of not getting started that drove me to take the plunge.

Just trying to see what is working in the wholesaling area for investors in Texas and I am ready to take the plunge - tired of paralysis of analysis.

I have been looking into Tax Sales (lien & deed) and have never taken the plunge yet because of all the trouble that can happen as mentioned above.

Had I plunged into that.. it would have been difficult to buy this year.

I am also ready to take the plunge and invest.

The lack of clear data on averages / median returns really makes me hesitant to take the plunge in any REI (besides REIT where it is very clear).

I literally had just made up my mind to take the MF/leverage plunge and then I saw your post.

However, I am a people's person and I'm not afraid to strike up conversations and get to know people, which I think may be a good trait for a sales person..A part of me wants to take the plunge, get my license, and quit my job.. but I heard real estate agents are usually broke for months before getting anything.
