The way I'm planning to do this is for the end buyer to get financing from a conventional bank (Construction-Permanent in the case of new construction), buy the lot from me, and for the bank to finance the construction via standard bank draws.If it works... woooieeee, game changer.

So we normally just provide appliances that are PERMANANTLY attached to the property - a stove, dishwasher, built in microwave type of things.
