to the best of my knowledge it is public records in New Jersey however you can not file a OPRA to get it and neither can you get it by going down in person to the court house, if anyone can shed some light on this topic that would be a great help.ThanksDavid@Steve Uhlig

A New Jersey Court ruled less than a week ago that Landlord was responsible for Tenant relocation costs associated with an eviction for an ‘illegal’ apartment.

Jersey City used to be good but it's too expensive now IMO.

I live in New Jersey and have been very attracted to the Dayton OH market lately.
