Dayton Ohio Property Management Suggestions

I live in New Jersey and have been very attracted to the Dayton OH market lately. However I am in need of a property management company that can handle EVERYTHING (preferably charges between 6-9%). I would love to get occasional updates on the property and ideally they have a network of in-house contractors that can do any fixes and repairs. I am all ears for any suggestions/ advise that you guys have for me! Thank You!!
