Banks such as Howard Bank, First National, 1st Mariner, etc are examples of small local/regional banks you can only find in this geographic area.

I requested multiple times to get an explanations and clarity of services, which were countered with, "Don't you want funding?"

If your asking why there is a difference that is the explanation.

I am from and raised in the City of Dallas Texas and I have never been east of the Mississippi River so I cannot help you geographically but since I am 60 years old I have some experience that will help you.  

If you are not getting sufficient explanation or are second guessing the Realtor there should be no harm in interviewing others.Good luck and keep making offers.

Inventory has dried up recently but there are still deals to be had there depending on your price point.That said, Cornerstone Village, though geographically well situated, is a still too risky.
