Of course I wouldn't have if I knew they were going to bail on me when we encountered the first few problems, and it looked like maybe I made a mistake..I could have told them your in and you're staying in.

An active wholesaler in my area has commented they are having a very difficult time finding investors for their wholesale deals and are now "holding" more instead of selling.Would appreciate any input from active wholesalers in this forum as to what you are encountering in todays market and if you have had to change your strategy.

I also look at all the dates on stickers that are placed by past inspectors and handymen.

Some loan programs I've encountered have required at least 35% down, even with good credit.I wouldn't mind purchasing at a higher interest rate and lower downpayment if I'm able to refinance later.
