We sanded all the wood, filled holes from old hardware, caulked the seams along all the doors, and sanded/tack clothed in between coats.

About 12" of water in the basement, and a furnace that was underwater.Keep in mind im in some nicer clothes, there is no way for me to get to the water main without getting dirty.

They wipe clean with a damp cloth.

We run into this often in the houses built 1920-1950s after KnT was phased out for the 2 wire cloth junk.

People can net a lot but  they spend on non-fixed costs. resturaunts, clothes, etc.

Then the homestead declaration, utility bill, drivers license and voter registration affidavits from neighbors, your pictures on the wall and clothes in the closet are all things you could use to answer   the question.

One of my tenants told me when they applied for the apartment, they get a government check every month for a relative they take care of and make an additional $1k a month "off the books" My other tenant works at a clothing store that pays him all cash (no pay roll taxes)
