I think this area is far superior for retiree's than Bend for example same type of weather but NO state income tax..

The only time to bend this rule at all is if you are buying the property to live in yourself or if you are a cash buyer.

@Doug Smith It's refreshing to see someone on here who actually wants to fight this law instead just bending over and taking it.

I have no pity on people who bend the rules - they represent unfair competition and drive up the taxes of honest people.

I invest in South Bend, IN and live in Ottawa, Canada.

There is no bar bending here and any income made must go back into the account.

I’m interested to know if there are any appraisers in the South Bend Area.

There is a home just around the bend from my house that rented the first time in less than a weeks.  

Trust me, you can look back at my old posts from then and I was that guy, saying the same thing about South Bend, Indiana.
