@Lou Vince the type of traveler that's looking for an air bnb style STR is not usually the same type of traveler that wants a hotel room.

I am not a IRS lover.But, we pay these people to do a job.

Obviously, a full gut is needed, but any addition on top of the property was still up in the air due to needing a variance for any additional work.
