I have 3 squeeze pages on my website, however I am not forcing visitors to fill them out via pop-ups and garbage pages.  

Planning a certain amount of loss for monthly repairs like a plumbing visit or HVAC repair is wise, but if there are no repairs, you get to keep the money.

House rules should cover visitors,overnight guests, utilities, parking, cleaning.and use of common areas and termination /notice period.

Yeah July, I understand that this is a seasonal business but the main focus would be beach goers and boardwalk visitors so I’m looking at 5 - 6 strong months and the rest of the year would be just enough to cover the bank payments and maintenance.

We get 13 million visitors a year (and that number continues to climb), so 1000's of cabins are NEEDED to accommodate all those tourists.

It would be easy to notice, as there are a lot of shiny surfaces (and because we usually only get good about dusting when we expect visitors!

I am very familiar with the area from a visitors standpoint, not an investors standpoint.

Six sounds like a lot without knowing the draw for visitors.
