Hi everyone, This may be a bit out of left field but I'm now living in the UK full-time but my aim is to come back to the US in 2 years once my Visa expires.

Again depends on layout and how much space there is.In the UK and Europe, it is quite common to have the laundry in the kitchen, but most of them just have washing machines and they hang everything to dry.

I couldnt help notice you were in Brisbane - not sure how it works there but here in the USA (unlike the UK where I am originally from) when you sign a mortgage for a fixed rate you have that rate for the loan life time.

How do you start in real estate with no money down, no credit history and as an immigrant still in school?

I'm planning to venture into Spanish real estate next year, but it seems like I'll need to get creative in my approach.The process is a little more straightforward in the UK and UAE, where I'm currently located, but our plan is to relocate to Spain so let the research commence!

If you want to rent a house you will have to rent a room in a house in a neighborhood where the illegal immigrants live.My wife and I work because we are so organized and streamlined with no snags and we love what we do.

I haven't found any solid legal advice on doing such only that NC law allows immigrants to lease.

As a Texan, can you comment on what changes you’ve seen in the past decade with the large influx of immigrants and in-migrants?
