The house is falling apart and is an eyesore for the community.

I'm new to the community and looking to buy a foreclosure as my primary residence and my first BRRR (of sorts)I am a General Contractor so the repairs do not scare me at all.

Hello Community,Is there any mortgage lenders or carriers that accept late mortgage payments(caught up) within last 12 months?

Should I look at new construction properties in new communities that seem to be appreciating or older property that has lower mortgage and more likely to cash flow? 

., on a somewhat unrelated note, once this is all said and done, have you considered renting the ADU as an STR if your community/County allows it?

@Logan M. another stream of income, if you don't want to have clients finance through banks is financing them yourself and collecting the 12-15% on contract sales.Do you offer any mini storage in any of your communities for an additional income stream?

Also, I'm on the list for our local community college to attract longer term guests.  

I live in Dallas and have been looking to become more a part of the RE investing community.
