I was wondering if those with Vacation Rentals or those wanting to do vacation rentals, would post an analysis of the ROI, Cash on Cash, etc and a break down of expenses ie Mgt fee, HOA, Utilities, Cleaning, etc.

I was responsible for over 300 apartment units and did a prior walk thru on all units with a check list that said as of today this is what I find, that needs to be cleaned and or fixed or replaced, We charged $3.00 to replace missing light bulbs. 45.00 to clean a fridge out, stove clean out was 65.00.
